Biography
I did my PhD from the University of Maryland College Park with dissertation on Neuromorphic VLSI systems under Prof Robert W Newcomb. I received the Clarke School of Engineering Distinguished Graduate Fellowship to pursue the PhD. I graduated at the top of my class in BEng and received the school project prize at the University of Manchester, UK. I received the Presidential Scholarship from Harvard University to pursue Masters in Public Health (2007) which I completed with a magna cum laude. I have a medical degree (MD equivalent) from Government Medical College Patiala.
