Oceanit Laboratories, Honolulu, HI carried out reflectivity testing in Cal Poly’s Antenna Anechoic Chamber in November and December 2013 on a multi-layer glass absorber over the 1 to 18 GHz frequency range. Both monostatic and bistatic testing was completed using a pair of broadband double-ridge horn antennas (DRH-118, Sunol Sciences) mounted on a student-built NRL (Naval Research Lab) wooden arch. S21 magnitude test data was recorded at three transmit and ten receive angles at both horizontal and vertical polarizations on a copper sheet (reference plane) and a commercial absorber in addition to the multi-layer glass sample, a total of 159 scans.
